My journey truly took flight at the renowned Elounda Bay resort in Crete, Greece, a 5-star oasis of luxury and hospitality. Here, I delved into the heart of the industry, immersing myself in hotel operations and the pursuit of excellence in customer experiences. This early experience not only provided me with a solid foundation but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the art of service.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence, I embarked on a journey that led me to work alongside esteemed organizations that complied with Forbes Travel Guide and AAA 5-Diamond service standards at the one and only Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs.
Here, I further refined my skills in operations management, financial acumen, and the art of creating unforgettable guest experiences. My passion for culinary arts led me to collaborate with a true French chef at Marigold cafe and bakery, where I gained invaluable insights into the world of gourmet cuisine and fine dining. This culinary adventure ignited a spark that inspired me to open my own French restaurant in the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado. Through this venture, I had the privilege of introducing patrons to the flavors and traditions of French gastronomy, all while further nurturing my entrepreneurial spirit.
